- Inspection and strata review. I'll help you coordinate your home inspection and recommend trusted local inspectors. If you're buying a condo or townhouse, I'll help you get the strata documents and point you to professionals who can review them, so there are no surprises.
- Closing. I'll keep you updated and answer your questions right up until you get your keys.
